GENERAL◆ I have a right to refuse/cancel a commission for whatever reason, with or without explanation◆ The client has the right to refuse/cancel a commission for whatever reason, with or without explanation.◆ I’m allowed to post the commissioned artwork as art samples for promotional material or my portfolio unless specified by the client to keep the commission private.PAYMENTS◆ Payment is to be made after the final sketch is approved.◆ An invoice will be sent through your account. Payment must be made within the week of approval or else the commission will be forfeited, unless notified of an extension beforehand.REVISIONS◆ Minor revisions are allowed with no extra charge.◆ Major revisions are only allowed in the sketch phase. One major revision will be allowed with no extra charge. Any major revisions after the first will cost 25%.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY◆ Please bear in mind that I'm still a student and some commissions may take a while to complete. Turnaround time will range from 1 to 2 months depending on the queue and difficulty.◆ Rush commissions will have an additional 50% fee.USE◆ My works are primarily for personal use only. If you'd like to use my artwork for streaming or content purposes, an additional 75% fee will be charged.◆ You're allowed to make minor edits to your commission (i.e. adding text, adjusting brightness, hue, or saturation), however, recoloring or redrawing on top of the commission is prohibited.◆ Printing and using the commission as a social media icon or banner for personal use with appropriate credit is allowed.◆ Tracing any of my commissions is strictly prohibited

COMMERCIAL USE

If you see my art being used to train AI generators such as Stable Diffusion or Midjourney, notify me immediately and report it.◆ If you see my artwork being used for malicious intent (i.e. hate speech or propaganda), notify me immediately and report it. I do not allow my art to be used for any harmful means.◆ Tracing is strictly prohibited,REFUNDS◆ If no progress has been made past the initial sketch after 2 months, a 100% refund will be permitted.◆ 50% refund after the final sketch approval.◆ Otherwise, any refunds after any stage past the final sketch won't be allowed.COMMUNICATION◆ I will try to contact you consistently throughout each phase of the commission for checking.◆ You can contact me any time to check in on the progress of your commission, but refrain from sending reminders every day. Keep it between 2-3 days before sending another.◆ If any personal matters conflict with the expected turnaround time, I’ll notify you immediately!
